PHIVE13 is my signature world and evolving practice—a living body of work built at the intersection of medicine, mentorship, and creative living. The name traces back to the apartment where I raised my boys and moved through one of the most profound seasons of my life: a true chrysalis of art, grief, healing, and reinvention. It was there that I created, unraveled, rebuilt, and began to understand that becoming is its own form of medicine.
Years later, when my father passed at 5:13 in the morning, the meaning deepened. What once marked a deeply personal place of transformation became something larger: a living symbol of love, lineage, and purpose. Today, PHIVE13 continues to evolve as a curated world for healing, study, and practice.
